One of the most important factors for the vacuum insulation cup to achieve the insulation effect is vacuuming. At present, the stainless steel vacuum insulation cups sold on the market are roughly divided into two types of products with different process technologies: tube vacuum-vacuum with tail; and overall vacuum-vacuum without tail.

The traditional thermos cup is made of two layers of stainless steel inside and outside, and the middle is evacuated to insulate heat transfer. Therefore, there is an exhaust tail at the bottom of the cup. This exhaust tail is easy to break; the tailless vacuum technology is The tail mouth is welded by a special process, so there is no sharp exhaust tail, which prevents the exhaust tail from colliding and damaging the cup. "Tailless vacuum" is currently one of the most advanced process technologies at home and abroad, that is, the vessel is controlled by a computer to complete the process of pumping, sealing and cooling under vacuum conditions.

Features of tailless vacuum technology:


   1. High vacuum and long holding time


   Because it is vacuumed and sealed under the condition of nearly 1000 ℃, the vacuum degree is the same as that of the tailed vacuum at this time. When the product returns to normal temperature, the vacuum degree will be much higher than the "tailed vacuum".


  2. Large effective capacity


   Since there is no mouse tail like a "tailed vacuum", there is no need to set up a "tail room", so the effective space is large. Compared with products with the same appearance and volume as "tailless vacuum", the effective space inside the "tailless vacuum" product is much larger.
